Although Red Heart® Boutique Sassy Fabric™ Yarn is labeled as a yarn, it really is a strip of fabric. This is the newest development in the ruffle yarn trend. Take a strip of beautifully textured sheer fabric and add evenly spaced holes. Knit or crochet in those holes to make ruffles. What you end up with is a lovely sheer fabric ruffled scarf. Boutique Sassy Fabric Yarn comes in a variety of colors and prints. Each sold separately.
