Backstrap Horsebar 5in. For use with all backstrap weaving techniques such as card weaving and belt weaving where the body of the weaver is used to maintain tension in the stretched warp threads. As the working area needs to be within arms reach of the weaver, the finished work needs to be moved out of the way. The Horsebar allows the finished portion of the weaving to be secured without damage and facilitates easy adjustment while supporting the weaving uniformly. It uses a self-locking bar to hold and grip the finished section of weaving at any point while allowing simple release and repositioning. The bar will work with any belt up to 4.5" in finished width. Integral hooks incorporated in the device easily attach to the ends of your backstrap. Lacis LF07
