Shipping information

» We offer ground and second day shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
» All orders take at least 3 to 4 business days to process.
» Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
» UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to PO Boxes must be sent via USPS.
» Shipments to military bases (takes a few days longer) must be shipped via USPS.
» We currently ship to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS.
» We ship to rural route numbers.
» We now ship to Canada using DHL/DDP. Delivery Time is 5–10 Business Days
» We do not ship to multiple locations, please submit separate orders.
» UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air charges are calculated using real-time rates provided by the carriers. USPS Priority shipping rates are calculated using a weight based table. DHL/DDP shipping costs are calculated using a weight based table with current DHL/DDP rates. DHL/DDP shipping costs include duties.
» We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your order via email, as well as tracking numbers where applicable.

Delivery Options

» UPS Ground available to the 48 contiguous states only.
» UPS 2nd Day Air available when shipping anywhere in the US.
» USPS Priority Available when shipping anywhere in the US. *This option must be selected when shipping to PO Boxes, APO's, US Territories, Alaska or Hawaii.* These shipments are not trackable or insurable. We are not responsible for lost/damaged USPS shipments.
» DHL/DDP available when shipping to Canada.
